THE IMPACT OF ADMINISTRATIVE EMPOWERMENT ON JOB PERFORMANCE (A FIELD STUDY IN THE COOPERATIVE AND AGRICULTURAL CREDIT BANK - CAC BANK)

The current study aimed at identifying the impact of administrative empowerment in its dimensions (delegation of authority, training, effective communication, work teams) on job performance in its three dimensions (employee competency, job, organizational environment). – Yemen. The stratified random sample method was used to determine the study sample which consisted of (70) individuals. The study relied on the descriptive analytical approach, and the questionnaire as a tool for data collection. It used the statistical program (SPSS) to analyze the data, and reached a number of results, most notably: the level of administrative empowerment in its four dimensions (delegation of authority, training, effective communication, and work teams) came to a high degree, and the level of job performance in its three dimensions (employee competency, job, organizational environment) also came to a high degree. There is a strong correlation between empowerment administrative and job performance, and there is an impact of administrative empowerment in its four dimensions (delegation of authority, training, effective communication, work teams) on job performance. The study concluded with a number of recommendations most remarkably is the need for CAC Bank to pay more attention to administrative empowerment, especially giving employees sufficient powers to find innovative solutions to issues within their scope of work in order to increase the job satisfaction of employees.
