This study aims to know the change in the human resource management pattern in light of the Corona (Covid 19) pandemic in Algeria, where we will discuss the most important changes that human resource management has known in the era of digitization, especially what has been produced by the repercussions of globalization, especially since Algeria, like other countries in the world, has experienced a health crisis The spread of the Corona virus (Covid 19) affected various fields, so it was necessary for it to deal according to digitization mechanisms, which forced the Human Resources Department to adapt to these circumstances
