KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT AND ITS ROLE IN ENHANCING JOB CREATIVITY ‎AMONG TEACHERS IN DISTANCE LEARNING PROGRAMS FROM THE VIEWPOINT OF ‎EDUCATIONAL LEADERS IN THE NORTHERN DISTRICT IN THE PALESTINIAN INTERIOR

The study aimed to identify the role of knowledge management and its role in ‎enhancing the functional creativity of teachers in distance learning programs from the ‎viewpoint of educational leaders in the Northern District in the Palestinian interior, and the ‎descriptive analysis approach was used. The study sample consisted of (55) managers and ‎directors in The North Brigade, the results of the study showed that the role of knowledge ‎management and its role in enhancing the functional creativity of teachers in distance ‎learning programs from the viewpoint of educational leaders in the North District in the ‎Palestinian interior was very large, and the results showed that there were no statistically ‎significant differences at the level of significance of the role of management Knowledge ‎and its role in enhancing the functional creativity of teachers in distance learning programs ‎from the point of view of educational leaders in the Northern District in the Palestinian ‎interior according to the gender variable, academic qualification and experience, while the ‎results showed differences according to years of administrative experience
