HOUSEWORK AND ITS IMPACT ON THE USE OF LEISURE TIME IN DEVELOPING THE JOB PERFORMANCE OF UNIVERSITY PROFESSOR
The main objective of this study is to analyze and study the impact of the household chores that a university professor performs daily on her returns, whether in academic production or raising her professional efficiency. It was also relied on the descriptive analytical approach and the intentional sample to determine the elements of the research. And the results showed that SPSS housework for data processing used the statistical program it occupies most of university professor’s free time, which made her struggle and exert a double effort to achieve success in her profession.
