TRAINING EFFECT ACCORDING TO DELORME SYSTEM ON THE SHORT PHOSPHATE-GENETIC ABILITY AND SOME OTHER KINDS OF POWERS OF 100M AND 200M YOUNG PLAYERS

Abilities, whatever they are developed on the same level of the procedures, ways and systems level to achieve the optimal performance. The present study aims at using a training system of Delorme, a training scientist, in order to know its effect on the phosphate short ability and some other powers. It is applied on 16-17 year old youth who practice the most difficult games in the 100m – 200m track and field games. Researchers used the experimental program as a method to solve the problem of the study. They also used the Delorme power training, which is, depends on the organic training with %100, %70 and %50 velocity successively. This was according to performance of 3 training sessions which targets phosphate- genetic ability and some other types of power that all contribute to achieving optimal performance for the specimen of the study. Implementation lasted 8 weeks as per 4 training sessions a week, each of 60- 100 minutes per session. Training waving was 1:2 and accordingly special tests were used to measure the abilities under study. Results of the study were later collected in the phosphate – genetic abilities and the power stamina if leg muscles along with the maximum power of the they muscles, the strength of the frontal and back muscles. Following the statistical treatment, researchers came out with the following conclusions the most important of which are: 1. Muscular power developed by using Delorme system for the youth specimen in (100– 200)m activities. 2. Short phosphate-genetic power increases by using Delorme system to serve performance.
