THE TERMS WALI AND DIGNITY IN THE NOVEL (THE FORTY RULES OF LOVE) BY THE TURKISH AUTHOR ELIF SHAFAK
The novel, "the forty rules of love" had caused a revolution in literature so that the novelist " Elief Shafak " could successfully access the world of mysticism in details. The novel presented a model that many writers and novelist followed to describe the phenomenon of mysticism and its principles, but In this study , I have chosen two concepts to write about these are " liege and karamah" which theosophists discussed a lot. The liege has occupied a special place among theosophists since they belive that he has strong ties with allah and prophets ,so lieges are related to higher clusses according to this doctrine, Theosophists olso believe that lieges can predict about the future and could achieve miracles which enable them face any difficulties
