Among the positions that the Ottoman sultans worked to establish within the framework of the Ottoman Empire, is the position of the Grand Vizier or the Grand Vizier, who corresponds to him in our time the Prime Minister, and the Grand Vizier was considered the highest position and shrines within the Ottoman Empire after the Sultan, as he carried the Grand Vizier the seal of absolute power to The side of the Sultan, and the authority to appoint and remove him was the right of the Sultan only, and no shrine, council, or court within the Ottoman Empire, whatever his authority and entity, could dismiss the Grand Vizier or demand that, even the matter that made that position of great impact on the Ottoman Empire.
