THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN THE MANAGEMENT OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS OF THE STATE
The right to participate in the public affairs of the state is one of the basic rights related to the public interest, as confirmed by international agreements and instruments, national constitutions and laws that clarify the right of every citizen to participate directly or through representatives he chooses to exercise power on their behalf. This right has developed historically, similar to other rights, and has its own framework, location and effects. It is an inherent right of every citizen, not a grant from the state, and every state must take legal measures and guarantees to ensure the implementation of this and the rights supporting it to achieve stability in all affairs in the state, especially political stability.
