THE REALITY OF INCLUSION OF PEOPLE WITH SPECIAL NEEDS IN REGULAR SCHOOLS

The study aimed to reveal the reality of integrating people with special needs in regular schools from the point of view of primary education teachers, as well as identifying the differences in the reality of integrating people with special needs in regular schools from the point of view of primary education teachers according to the gender variable. The study sample consisted of 73 professors, a measure of attitudes towards inclusion was applied to them, and the data was statistically processed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) program, and the results revealed that the reality of integrating people with special needs in regular schools from the point of view of primary education teachers is positive. It also found that there are differences in the reality of integrating people with special needs in regular schools from the point of view of primary education teachers, according to the gender variable and in favor of females.
