THE REALITY OF E-EDUCATION UNDER THE NEW REFORMS AT ALGERIAN UNIVERSITY
Technological advances have led to the emergence of modern methods and methods ofeducation; Among them, the use of electronic computers, peripheral displays, satellite channels and electronic libraries, with the aim of providing learning throughout the day, using different methodsto provide educational content with visual and static elements, audio and visual effects, increasingtime and effort, which is now known as e-learning. Most universities in the world are movingtowards using this type of education, recognizing the enormous benefits that both economic anduniversity level bring.
