THE MERCHANT'S ELIGIBILITY TO PRACTICE BUSINESS COMPARATIVE STUDY BETWEEN IRAQI LAW AND EGYPTIAN LAW)

Creating a suitable environment to attract and attract foreign trade and investments and creating a climate based on mutual trust between foreign traders and the host country requires the development of solid legal rules showing the legal capacity of the trader's person to practice and professionalize business in his country, as well as a statement of the legal age of the Sumari person. This study was based on a comparison between Iraqi law and Egyptian law in the aspects that we dealt with in terms of the merchant's eligibility to conduct business, the rules for commercial capacity for citizens and the rules for commercial capacity According to what was stated in the two legislations and the statement of comparison between them to find out what is best in the events of economic development by providing reassurance to foreign commercial parties that any transaction between the parties to trade with mature and qualified persons for commercial work in accordance with the law, and to find out what is stated in the Iraqi law and the Egyptian law held this study.
