THE JAPANESE-ENGLISH ALLIANCE 1902-1921, AND ITS REFLECTIONS ON THE MAP OF BALANCES IN THE FAR EAST REGION

This Research Seeks to Monitor the Goals of Japan behind its Contract with the Alliance with Britain in 1902, and its Importance in the Balance of Powers in the Far East, Especially since this Alliance was a Direct Reason for the Japanese Victory over Russia in the Japanese-Russian war of 1904-1905, and accordingly Japan saw the Necessity Keep that Alliance, on August 12, 1905, the two Countries Agree to Renew that Alliance for another Five years. But this Alliance Soon Turned into a Source of Concern for the United States because it Legally Obligates Britain to Stand by Japan in a War that Became a Potential between Japan and the United States, and with the increase in American Concerns about Japan's Economic Control over the Far East, it Sought to Urge Britain to Cancel the Alliance, from During a Conference to Limit Naval Armament and Discuss Pacific Affairs, the Alliance was Actually Canceled and Replaced by the Four Powers Agreement Signed in Washington on December 13, 1921, between Britain, Japan, France and the United States that opens a New Stage for the Map of Balances in the Far East.
