THE EFFECTIVENESS OF CROSBY'S PRINCIPLES IN OVERALL QUALITY ON ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE IN THE DIRECTORATES OF EDUCATION AND EDUCATION IN THE PROVINCES OF OMAN

The need has become an urgent need for an administrative system that contributes to the elimination of bureaucracy and centralization, which contribute greatly to its lack of productivity. Human and organizational methods instead of focusing on statistical methods, as it is an Islamic theory with Western output, as it relies on evaluating performance and treating institutional slack and changing the way of thinking from increasing costs through managing and organizing human resources, to reach the organization to high quality in service provision. The importance of this quantitative study lies in Reaching the formulation of a theoretical framework that can be used in the future to achieve quality performance in education by achieving the effectiveness of the Crosby constants in overall quality on organizational performance in the education directorates in the governorates of the Sultanate of Oman, and to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the SMART PLS program. To answer the questionnaire questions developed by the researcher and divided into axes and applied to the study sample, numbering (170) managers and assistant managers in all educational governorates in the Sultanate, the results showed a direct, statistically significant relationship between the principles. Total quality as a latent variable and its axes represented in conformity with requirements, preventing errors and quality standard, as the results showed that there is a direct statistically significant relationship between Crosby principles in total quality and the level of organizational performance in education directorates of the Sultanate of Oman, and the results also showed that all variables were not relevant. Statistical significance between Crosby principles in total quality management and the organizational performance dimensions according to the gender variable, with the exception of the axis of conformity with requirements. To understand the quality variable. The condition of the hypothesis of equal equivalence between the variables was not met, and that the demographic variable of the gender is not statistically significant, and the reason may be the large difference between the numbers of males and females in the group of respondents. It also showed that there are statistically significant differences between the error prevention principle of the variable of comprehensive quality principles followed according to the educational governorate variable, and the results also showed a statistically significant relationship between the level of organizational performance, growth and education of organizational performance. And the internal processes of organizational performance depending on the variable of educational conservatism, the study showed the existence of awareness of the principles of Crosby quality among the target group, and finally the study provided a model that shows the effectiveness of Crosby principles in Organiza.
