THE EFFECT OF LEADERSHIP IN VALUES ON ORGANIZATIONAL LOYALTY: ANALYTICAL THEORETICAL STUDY

The topic of organizational loyalty is one of the important topics in the administrative field that has occupied researchers in administrative thought, and the current research goal was to identify the impact of values in achieving organizational loyalty in institutions and organizations, as well as a goal to identify the most prominent values that contribute to achieving loyalty and organizational compatibility among workers in The institution, and the research has reached several results, including that the entrance to leadership with values has a major role in achieving organizational loyalty, and that transparency and justice are among the most prominent values that drive loyalty in the institution, and the study recommended the necessity of full awareness of the importance of organizational loyalty through holding courses and Training workshops that achieve this goal.
