THE ADOLESCENT'S RELATIONSHIP WITH THE SCHOOL ENVIRONMENT (FOUNDATIONS AND CHALLENGES)
The study aims to research the issue of the adolescent and its relationship to the school environment, where the study focused on a sensitive stage in the human life, where most of the personality features are formed. He acquires a variety of behaviors and skills, and can acquire undesirable behaviors and be exposed to class problems, and the latter needs intervention to reduce them before they become habits that the adolescent is familiar with. And the school environment is not limited to preparing the teenager from the academic side only, but also goes beyond other functions. During the interaction of the teenager with the elements of the school environment, such as school administration and human cadres, a system of values and habits that govern the society are formed, and in this environment his dreams and hopes are also embodied.
