RECOGNITION OF THE AUTHORITY DERIVED FROM THE MILITARY COUP BETWEEN INTERNATIONAL NORMS AND THE EFFECTIVE INTERACTION BETWEEN STATES
This research talks about the definition of the military coup as a legal concept on the one hand and as a phenomenon that has become a fait accompli in much of the world on the other hand. In addition, it addresses the consideration of military coups from a western perspective and how to deal with them according to the events in the State. As well as its relations with the Western States, and its classification within the international community.
