METHODS OF EMPLOYING FINE WORKS IN LITERARY BOOK COVER DESIGNS (PAINTING BOARDS AS A MODEL)
One of the manifestations of contemporary thought is defining and building standards and criteria for all phenomena and their material and moral products, and these phenomena are related to the products inherited by pure sciences in terms of their physical design structure, which found an appropriate atmosphere through the employments made by designers in book covers, based on the change And the transformation and the intellectual trends and the aesthetic taste in the plastic painting and the stylistics of its employment in line with the intellectual and psychological contents and the prevailing trends in the selection of fine artistic work, and accordingly we decided to study the reality of this method that entered the field of print design in particular, as these employments in book designs multiplied and expanded to include aspects of Several and for various topics, and through the designs presented that meant this aspect, it was considered a creative line, as those methods that were concerned with the use of illustrated artworks and their appropriateness in the designs of the covers related to the intellectual content of the book varied. In this context and that pluralism, the presented designs focused on this aspect, which gave the researcher room to research the reality of this method that meant that orientation. Based on the foregoing, the researcher found that the problem of her research is summarized in the following question: Did this method perform their design role by employing plastic artwork in the designs of book covers? And did the designers follow the design rules to achieve this.
