CLIMATIC FACTORS FOR GROWING AND PRODUCING STRAWBERRIES IN IRAQ
The research aims to study the appropriate climatic ingredients for the cultivation and production of strawberries in Iraq. The study concluded that the climatic ingredients for cultivating and producing strawberries are available in a way that is compatible with the cultivated varieties in Iraq, and the extensive areas of strawberry cultivation in Iraq are concentrated in (Baghdad, Diyala, Salahuddin), in When the area planted with strawberry crops decreases in (Wasit, Karbala), either in terms of total productivity, it was occupied by Baghdad Governorate at the highest total productivity of strawberry crops, either the lowest total product The relationship relationship recorded between the regular rates of temperatures and the total production, while the relationship of the link was weak between solar radiation and the total production.
