THE ROLE OF SCHOOL PRINCIPALS IN FACING CHALLENGES IN INTEGRATING STUDENTS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS INTO REGULAR CLASSES FROM TEACHERS' POINT OF VIEW

This study aimed to identify the role of school principals in facing the difficulties of integrating students with special needs into regular classes, according to the new integration law (implementation of the 2018 integration law) from the point of view of teachers in the light of some variables (gender, academic qualification, years of experience, educational stage). In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was built by the two researchers, and stability was measured as a first step by passing the questionnaire on a survey sample consisting of (30) teachers (and according to the analysis, the value of the stability coefficient was 0.875 (= α0.875). After that, the questionnaire was distributed computerized to (203) teachers, where the sample was chosen randomly in order to measure the attitudes of teachers towards the role of the principal. school, educational aspect. After collecting the questionnaires, the data were analyzed and processed statistically. The results of the research indicated that there were no statistically significant differences from the teachers’ point of view due to the variable of gender, educational qualification and years of experience, and there were statistically significant differences from the teachers’ point of view due to the variable of the educational stage. The importance of the manager's role for the success of the merger.
