The revolution of modern technology, especially those that depend on information and communication systems, has brought about profound developments in all scientific, service and industrial fields, as institutions have benefited from information and communication technology and its mechanisms in improving their performance and productivity. Achieving the organization's objectives comes only through paying attention to its human resources, investing in developing its skills and competence, and training it to face changes and challenges, paying attention to what is new, especially in the field of communication technology, and trying to learn about everything new. Our goal that we seek through this study that seeks to give a picture of the reality of the use of information and communication technology and what are the requirements that should be provided in this resource to succeed in the information age, while identifying the most important technologies used in the company under study and the various applications of information and communication technology and how Most of the activities are now performed on the network, so that these applications contribute to increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of the performance of the human resource
