THE REALITY OF E-LEARNING IN LIGHT OF THE CORONA PANDEMIC AND ITS AFTERMATH (A FIELD STUDY AT THE FACULTY OF EDUCATION / MISURATA UNIVERSITY)

The aim of the research is to reveal the reality of e-learning at the College of Education in light of the Corona pandemic and beyond, and in line with the theoretical nature of the research, and the research used the descriptive approach, and to achieve the objectives of the research, the first tool was used: the interview for number (15) between the head of a department of scientific departments and faculty members And the second tool: a questionnaire consisting of (30) items was prepared distributed over three areas, which was applied to a random sample of (54) members of the faculty, and the statistical treatment was carried out using the statistical analysis program (SPSS). Where the research reached the following results: - The level of trends towards e-learning as a whole was to a large degree, the level of infrastructure availability as a whole was to a small degree, and the level of obstacles to e-learning as a whole was to a large degree. - There are no statistically significant differences between the average response of the sample members due to the academic degree variable about the level of e-learning in general. - There are no significant differences between opinions due to the variable of previous experience in e-learning. The research recommended several recommendations, the most important of which are: the necessity of developing a training plan for faculty members to use electronic educational platforms, as well as allocating an annual budget to develop the infrastructure of colleges to achieve the goals of e-learning, and providing an appropriate educational structure for the application of e-learning at the university.
