THE IMPACT OF KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT PROCESS ON INSTITUTIONAL EXCELLENCE IN THE PUBLIC SECTOR KING FAISAL SPECIALIST HOSPITAL AND RESEARCH CENTER AS A CASE STUDY
This study aimed to identify the impact of knowledge management processes on institutional excellence at King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center, and to identify the level of knowledge management processes, and institutional excellence at King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center.to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach, and developed a questionnaire consisting of (30) items, and the study sample consisted of (288) workers within the following job titles (director, assistant director, doctor, nurse, technician, administrative), which were taken in the sample method. Facilitator as a representative sample of the study population by applying the questionnaire in electronic form at King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center, and after analyzing the data using appropriate statistical methods. the results showed that the general arithmetic means of the level of knowledge management operations in King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center came with a high evaluation, and the level of institutional excellence was also highly evaluated, And a statistically significant effect at the level of significance (a ≤ 0.05) for the dimensions of Knowledge Management on Institutional Excellence at King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center.
