THE IMPACT OF EMPOWERING WORKERS IN CRISIS MANAGEMENT IN ALGERIAN ECONOMIC INSTITUTIONS: CASE STUDY OF ALGERIA TELECOM - BECHAR AGENCY
This research aims to study the impact of empowering workers on crisis management in Algeria Telecom Corporation, Bechar Agency, a questionnaire was prepared and directed to a sample of 30 employees of the establishment, and the relationship between the dimensions of the independent variable was studied empowering employees and the dependent variable crisis management. The data were analyzed and hypotheses tested using spss 21, and the most important result was that there was a significant impact of empowering the employees of the Algeria Telecom Corporation, the Bechar Agency, to manage the crises they encounter..
