THE IMPACT OF E-GOVERNANCE APPLICATIONS IN ENHANCING ELECTRONIC BANKING SERVICES AN ANALYTICAL STUDY OF THE OPINIONS OF A SAMPLE OF WORKERS IN PRIVATE BANKS IN THE CITY OF BAGHDAD / IRAQ

The study aimed to identify the nature of the impact of electronic governance applications on electronic banking services, and to achieve the goal of the research, the researcher resorted to the descriptive analytical approach to collect data through the questionnaire, which is the main tool for the study, as well as analyzing this data through a set of statistical methods (SPSS) and (SMART-PLS). The study was specifically applied in the field of private banks operating in the city of Baghdad / Iraq, and 6 banks were selected, namely (Northern Bank, Al Rajah Islamic Bank, Khaleej Commercial Bank, Iraqi Middle East Bank, Al-Iraqi National Bank, and Al-Qalim Commercial Bank), while the study community represented B (Department Director, Associate Director, Division Director, Unit Director) of which there are (160), a non-random sample (intentionally) was drawn from them according to the equation (Green, 1990) to be represented by (114) individuals, the questionnaire was distributed to them and (105) were retrieved A questionnaire (97) of them was valid for analysis. The study concluded that e-governance has a significant effect on electronic banking services, but this effect increases in strength by modifying the strength of the relationship practiced by e-governance in banks operating in the field of study .
