THE FORMATION OF A UNIVERSITY PROFESSOR IS A NECESSITY FOR THE SUCCESS OF E-LEARNING AND THE QUALITY OF EDUCATION
The world is witnessing many changes and developments in the field of technology, which has become one of the most important standards of quality in education, which is the use of technical means in the educational process, and its data has been transformed from educational programs and activities to electronic materials that can be exchanged via the Internet by various means, thus having an impact on improving them. One of the higher education institutions, including Algeria, is developing a strategy that works on this by preparing a training program for the professor so that he can improve his performance, considering that the training process for the newly hired professor at the university is a necessiry to improve the educational and training process because its importance lies in providing him with a set of skills that improve his performance Pedagogical according to international quality standards. Through this study, we aim to identify the impact of the teacher’s pedagogical training on the success and quality of e-learning, which is an educational system for providing educational or training programs for students or trainees at anytime and anywhere using information technology and interactive communications. From this point of view, our study, which deals with the issue of the formation of a newly hired university professor, came as one of the necessiries to achieve the success of e-learning and the quality of higher education, by addressing the formation of a university professor by introducing him to the formative process and a historical overview of the process of forming a professor as well as addressing e-learning and the quality of Higher education by highlighting the role of the university professor in accordance with international quality standards, as well as the impact of the pedagogical formation of the university professor on the success of e-learning and the quality of higher education, and finally we present some Conclusions About The Subject of The Study.
