THE CRIMINAL MOTIVATIONS OF BITCOIN SELLERS AND IT´S THREATS TO NATIONAL SECURITY OF STATE ACCORDING TO PROVISIONS OF SHARIAH AND CRIMINAL LAWS OF SUDAN A COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS

The forgoing proposed conference paper which is bearing the title of: "The Criminal Motivations of Bitcoin Sellers and it´s Threats to National Security of State" According to Provisions of Shariah and Criminal Laws of Sudan a Comparative Analysis". The researchers intent to define the Bitcoin, it´s emergence, growth and development, it´s types and the position of the international communities pertaining to Bitcoin, moreover the researchers will attempt to explain the view of Islamic Jurisprudence in respect of legality of the Cryptocurrency. In addition the research paper will examine criminal motivations of Bitcoin sellers that threating the National Security of the State such as: the lack of financial license and out authorization of the Central Bank, the sellers never contribute and comply to the payment text polices and laws that enforced by the government, other aspect of criminalization to the acts and behaviors that mostly committed by the sellers: involvement in commission of money Laundry, financing terrorist acts and organization trading in illicit drugs, human trafficking and other mischievous and misdemeanor acts.At the conclusion on the researchers mean to state that: every independent state having absolute autonomy to approve or disapprove the Bitcoin or Cryptocurrency ,however the researchers calling the expert scholars in the fields of law ,economy ,finance ,business administration ,banking collectively to study the peculiarities of Bitcion and to formulate polices and regulations governing it is usage , beside others.. on recommendations the researchers urge the international community to issue treaties, conventions and enact National Criminal Laws for deterrence the electronics criminals and to approve current criminal procedures and evidence act which are concurrence and suitable to combat this phenomena.
