THE CONTRIBUTION OF RURAL HOUSING TO THE ACHIEVEMENT OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT IN THE SHANNAFIEH DISTRICT OF THE REPUPLIC OF IRAQ AND IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LAKHDARIA IN THE REPUPLIC OF ALGERIA (COMPARATIVE STUDY)
Through this research، we aim to reveal the true reality of rural housing in the two study areas and the means to develop it، and to study the current situation of this sector according to the models of policies and programs applied to it and aiming to develop this sensitive aspect with the aim of achieving balance in the distribution of population، eliminating overcrowding in cities and restoring life For rural areas، the two study areas are primarily agricultural areas thanks to the characteristics that distinguish them. The two study areas have received the attention of the state in the field of rural housing، through some planning and economic programs such as establishing the modern village and preparing basic plans for the villages nominated for development in the Shinafiya district in the Republic of Iraq and the economic recovery and the first five-year plan 2005-2009، and the second five-year plan 2010-2014 in the municipality Lakhdaria in the Republic of Algeria، with the aim of making the two study areas attractive to the population due to their distinctive geographical location
