THE ACTUALITY OF FORMAL ORGANIZATIONAL COMMUNICATION WITHIN THE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION THE CASE STUDY OF HARCHAOUI MOHAMED SCHOOL AIN TEMOUCHENT, ALGERIA
The success or failure of modern organizations relies on the extent of their control, interest, and proper framing of the most important resource they possess, that is the human element. This latter is regarded as a special wealth that most organizations seek hard to ameliorate and develop quantitatively and qualitatively. Correspondingly, this basic resource in its practical life needs to interact and take part inside the organizations and institutions, whatever they are, and for this to be fulfilled, there should be communication and connection between the active individuals in the institution. From this view, there occurs a very serious communication issue that became the area of interest of many scholars particularly in the educational environment that is in nature a social, educational, and administrative milieu and is governed by new regulations that are in line with advanced developments through its effectiveness and its partners who gain official organizational communication capabilities, as they possess cognitive strategies, trying to send them through the variables and developments produced by globalization, communications and technology revolution, which make teachers shift towards communication channels they consider it as effective to satisfy their needs in the educational institution, and to construct the intangible cognitive value, which offers every teacher who belongs to a formal and real organizational communication, but, on the other hand, he carries in his interactions with partners and characters contributions and reactions that appear from other covert sources such as informal communication channels. Regarding the value of the present subject, this study reveals the reality of official organizational communication within the national educational institution, and from it, we attempt to know the numerous strategies adopted by the educational team and management to achieve their goals and the extent of the official communication’s contribution to accomplish its needs.
