TECHNOLOGICAL COMPETENCIES OF UNIVERSITY FACULTY MEMBERS IN LIGHT OF E-LEARNING
The study aimed at revealing the degree of technological proficiency assessment for university faculty members from their point of view at at Mohamed Lamin dabbaghin University sétif2,the study included 129 professors ,who were selected by random sampling,the study used descriptive analytical method, And the research tools represented in the scale of technological competencies, which included 40 items divided into four areas: (the competencies of the educational platform, the competencies of the design of educational material electronically, e-publishing competencies, electronic research competencies), And verified the validity of the measure in two ways: (the truth of the arbitrators and the credibility of internal consistency), and was confirmed to be stable in the way Alpha Kronbach. In order to treat the data statistically, the statistical packages program spss was used to test the validity of the hypotheses by means of the arithmetic mean, percentages and the mean scale. After the analysis of the study data statistically, the study reached the following results: -The degree of appreciation of the technological competencies of the university faculty members in the four axes (educational platform competencies, e-learning design competencies, e-publishing competencies, electronic search competencies) for intermediante grade 2.
