STRATEGIC PLANNING ROLE IN THE APPLICATION OF E-GOVERNANCE FOR THE SUSTAINABILITY OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS/SURVEY STUDY AT THE UNIVERSITY OF CENTRAL EUPHRATES/ADMINISTRATIVE TECHNICAL COLLEGE
This research aims to define the role of strategic planning in the application of e-governance for the sustainable functioning of educational institutions/exploratory study at the University of the Middle Euphrates/Administrative Technical College. The importance of this research stems from the important role of strategic planning components in the application of e-governance. It is a means of carrying out tasks and duties based on mechanisms designed for the recipient. The researcher adopted an analytical descriptive approach to achieving research objectives and answering problematic questions on the other hand. purpose and relevance of research, and an outline to explore the role of strategic planning elements and their impact on the application of e-governance to the sustainable functioning of government educational institutions. The second examined the conceptual framework for the search for two axes, namely, the concept of strategic planning, the importance of its components, and the second, the concept of e-governance in general, its importance, characteristics and principles in its application for sustainable performance in government institutions. The third included data collection, analysis and description of the research sample, analysis of the results of the resolution form and evidence of research hypotheses that illustrate the role of strategic planning in the application of e-governance for the sustainable functioning of government educational institutions.
