SIGN LANGUAGE BETWEEN LANGUAGE TEACHING AND LANGUAGE OF INSTRUCTION
Education is considered an absolute necessity for the progress of people and countries, and it is a right for all students, regardless of their health, psychological and social differences. People with disabilities are considered part of human diversity, so they must be integrated into departments and facilitate their learning process. Sign language is an important approach to people with hearing problems. This language depends on the movements of the hands and their position in the body, on the movement of the lips in addition to facial expressions. Sign language varies from country to country and region to region as there are more than 300 sign languages in the world.
