ROLE OF CIVIL SOCIETY ORGANIZATIONS DURING THE CORONA PANDEMIC IN ALGERIA: AN ANTHROPOLOGICAL APPROACH- WOMEN'S ASSOCIATIONS AS A MODEL

The subject of civil society organizations has attracted many researchers and scholars in various fields, particularly science Politics and social science in all its branches, and the United Nations as well as Member States have shown their interest. Through the establishment of the Comprehensive Review Mechanism for Civil Society Associations in 2006 Especially those working in the field of human rights. This periodic review aims to develop action and stimulate the change , Positively in the area of human rights. Every five years these institutions participate in the universal periodic review Algeria is one of the States paying attention to civil society organizations in 2016. The creation and accreditation of many associations to carry out their work in an official capacity, however We tried to look at the role of these organizations, especially women's organizations, and especially their most important roles during this period. The importance of the research lies in the fact that it addresses one of the current issues relating first to the Corona pandemic that affected. all the world as a whole, for all components of society, and second, for approaching civil society organizations That emerged as an important social mediator, especially since we in Algeria have noticed interest. Officially, through the establishment of the so-called National Collective of Civil Society Associations. The problem that we're going to address in this intervention is centered. What was the role of civil society organizations during the pandemic? How was she able to activate and strengthen the social partnership?.
