MANAGEMENT OF CHANGE IN ORGANIZATIONS
Today, all organizations are changing rapidly. Organizations that are closed to change can never reach their goals and disappear. The only reason for change in organizations is for the organization to work more effectively and efficiently. The aim of this study is to examine the concept of change, which has a great importance in organizational developments and advancements, with its various aspects. A detailed study has been made on the subject and the concepts of change management and resistance to change have been examined, the causes of resistance and prevention methods have been tried to be detailed. Change is one of the common problems of almost all organizations. An unchanging organization cannot be successful. In the process of realizing the change, employees in the organization sometimes resist this change. In this study, the reasons for resistance to change are also explained in detail.
