The variables that accompanied the new international system have affected the concept of national sovereignty and the scope of its application in the internal and external fields alike, as those variables raised challenges that affected all types of countries and presented themselves in different forms on those patterns, and those challenges had their internal and external sources that in turn raised the need To monitor and analyze the extent of its impact on the concept of sovereignty, and in general it can be said: that there is a necessary relationship between the variables that accompanied the international system and the diminution of national sovereignty, and that there is a direct relationship between the influence of state sovereignty with the changes in the international system and the change in the content of the functions performed by the state. The process of internationalization of sovereignty has taken the direction of expanding its external dimensions. The basic rule on which the international community is based is mutual recognition between sovereign states, but it has expanded in a specific way that has set conditions for the state to exercise sovereignty rights, the most important of which is that these rights do not cause a disturbance in the system. Global. One of the major powers in the world, the United States of America, is continuously working behind the conflicts in the Middle East and the violation of sovereignty.
