INDICATORS OF EMPOWERING IRAQI WOMEN IN THE NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN 2017
In any country, development cannot be achieved without the involvement of women, who represent the present and the future. In Iraq, since 2003 the situation of Iraqi Women´s is retreated significantly although the Iraqi government has made an expansion to equilibriums between the two ganders. In 2005, the Iraqi constitution for Women a lot of rights without discrimination on the basic of gender. Give her own right, education, health care, economic participation, her right to security and freedom. and achieve political participation, then, Empowering Women not be achieved by laws and legislation, so the national responsibility on administrators and academies to ensure its participation in decision - making and enabled at all the base and ensures the unisex equal rights, and achieve social integration. Therefore, the research was prepared by identifying the reality of Iraqi women and identifying the environment that caused the suppression of its effectiveness and its impact on the various aspects of life and its impact on their empowerment.
