ENVIRONMENTAL POLICING AND ITS ROLE IN BEHAVIOR DEVELOPMENT ENVIRONMENT FOR INDIVIDUALS
Environmental issues and their protection have received great attention, both nationally and internationally, especially with the increasing severity of natural and industrial environmental threats that have led to an increase in environmental pollution.Therefore, it requires concerted efforts whether government or community members, In order to protect the environment, which requires taking all means, including the imposition of penalties and violations and environmental laws against any trespassing on the environment, and this issue requires the presence of a monitoring body and a specialized punishment called environmental police. From the above, it can be said that it is necessary to establish the environmental police to spread environmental culture gradually among citizens. At the same time, act decisively and enforce the law against all violating the environment, and for the environmental police to be effective, it must be made up of individuals university specialists in the field of the environment, who know perfectly the components of the environment and they are concerned with protecting it, in addition to flexibility in the management and dissemination of environmental awareness between individuals.
