It is a learning form based on making use of ‎every aspect of technology to covey information at the shortest time، ‎using the least effort, and at the greatest benefit. The aim of this paper is ‎to research the use of electronic learning in the Computer Applications ‎course with the first year students of The technical trainees institute for ‎the 2020-2021 academic year. The results were yielded using the ‎appropriate statistical methods, and a comparison was later performed ‎using the average values for the test group and the control group. The ‎study found differences of a<0،05 statistical values between the two ‎groups. The study also concluded several recommendations, the most ‎significant being the importance of using electronic learning in other ‎courses to improve the students’ results, and to make the switch from ‎traditional learning to electronic learning.
